Refund Policy

This policy covers every credit pack sold by Star in the Trend. We sell one-time credit packs only; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Failed videos

If a video fails, or our video provider rejects it, its credit is returned automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credits

Within 7 days of purchase, we refund a pack you haven't used in full, and the unused credits of a partly used pack at the price per credit you paid. Email hello@starinthetrend.com from the email you paid with. Credits never expire and can be used only on the tool where you bought them.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
